The MATISSE (Methodology for Assessment of Transport ImpactS
of Social Exclusion) project is a preparatory action
funded by the European Commission’s Directorate for Employment and Social
Affairs. 
The
key objective of the project is to compile and validate an evaluation tool
to assess the impact of transport-related policy interventions on social exclusion.
